Exchanges & returns

Exchanges or returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.To do so, please send an e-mail to info@beautykorea.nl. After confirmation from us, please send the unworn, undamaged items including the original packaging. Also make sure it is well packed so it cannot be damaged during transport. We may charge a fee for damage.

Should you wish to receive a return label from us, you can! We charge EUR 5.95 for a parcel shipment. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs for the new item to be sent shall be borne by supplier. 

In case of an exchange, we will send you the desired article immediately after receiving your parcel. However, if we do not have it in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.In case of a return, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned item(s) back into your account or the amount will be deducted from the invoice in case of post-payment within a maximum of 7 days.If you return the entire order, you will also be refunded the shipping costs paid for this order. Refunds are always made in the same way you paid for the order.

Are you dissatisfied, have you received the wrong article or is your article broken? Please report this via info@beautykorea.nl. We will then find a solution together.
