Order and payment
- Can I change or cancel my order after I have ordered?
Yes, you can, but only if your order has not yet been shipped. To do so, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to info@beautykorea.nl.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
choose from the following options:
iDEAL - For customers in the Netherlands; simple and fast via your own bank.
Credit card - We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
PayPal - Safe and convenient, with an extra layer of protection.
Bancontact - Especially for Belgian customers.
Klarna - Pay afterwards, so you receive your order first.More details on these payment methods can be found on our page.
Shipping and delivery
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If you order before 14:00 on working days, we will ship it the same day. Within the Netherlands it will then be delivered the next day provided there are no DHL delays.Orders placed over the weekend are usually delivered on Tuesday.
- How can I track my order?
Once the order has been processed with us, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. Please note! This may end up in your spam folder.
Didn't receive a track & trace? If so, please feel free to contact us via e-mail. - What are the shipping costs for my order?
For orders above €49, we always ship for free and below that we charge €3.95 for orders within the Netherlands.
- What should I do if my order is delayed?
Unfortunately, occasionally a shipment may be delayed. If you have not heard from us after 3 working days, please send an e-mail to info@beautykorea.nl then we will help you as soon as possible.

Yes, many of our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We offer a wide range of Korean skincare from brands such as d'alba, SKIN1004, By Wishtrend and more, known for their gentle and effective formulas.

Yes, our products are dermatologically tested.
- Are the products free of parabens, sulphates and other irritants?
Many of our products are free of parabens, sulphates and other irritants. We carefully select Korean skincare brands known for their skin-friendly and gentle formulas, such as d'alba, SKIN1004, By Wishtrend and iUNIK.

Returns and customer service
- Can I return or exchange my products?
Yes, you can return or exchange your products free of charge within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in original packaging sit.
