1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Smart Compliance Solution B.V. (hereinafter "Beauty Korea") and its customers through Beauty Korea's webshop.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

3. Product range

3.1 Beauty Korea offers Korean beauty products, including skincare, make-up and accessories.
3.2 All products are described and pictured as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in colour or packaging may occur.
3.3 The offer is valid while stocks last.


4. Ordering and delivery

4.1 Orders placed on working days before 15:00 will be processed on the same working day.
4.2 The standard delivery time is 1-2 working days within the Netherlands, unless otherwise indicated.
4.3 Free shipping is offered on orders from €25. Shipping costs will be charged for orders below this amount.
4.4 Beauty Korea is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service (DHL).


5. Prices and payments

5.1 All prices in the webshop are in euros, including VAT and excluding any shipping costs.
5.2 Payments can be made via iDEAL, credit card or PayPal.
5.3 The customer is obliged to make full payment before the order is dispatched.


6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1 Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
6.2 Returned products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
6.3 Returns are free of charge and will be reimbursed by Beauty Korea.
6.4 Upon receipt of the return, the amount will be refunded within 7 days (usually within 3 days).


7. Warranty and complaints

7.1 Beauty Korea guarantees the quality of the products delivered. Should a product arrive defective or damaged, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
7.2 Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@beautykorea.nl and will be dealt with within 14 days.


8. Liability

8.1 Beauty Korea shall not be liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, lost profits or data loss.
8.2 Beauty Korea's liability shall be limited to the amount of the purchase.


9. Privacy and data protection

9.1 Beauty Korea respects the privacy of its clients and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9.2 Personal data will only be used to process orders and will not be shared with third parties without consent.


10. Dispute resolution

10.1 All agreements shall be governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
